West Bengal ROPA 2019
West Bengal Services (Revision of Pay and Allowance) Rules, 2019 introduced the revised Pay Matrix framework for covered State Government employees.
7th State Pay Commission Updates
The Government of West Bengal has constituted the 7th State Pay Commission to review the existing pay structure, allowances, pensionary benefits and related service matters of State Government employees and pensioners.
7th Pay Commission Constituted
Resolution No. 2657-F(P1) constituted the West Bengal 7th Pay Commission along with its Terms of Reference.
Terms Modified
Resolution No. 2760-F(P1) partially modified the earlier resolution relating to the 7th Pay Commission.
7th SPC Portal Now Live
The official portal provides access to the Terms of Reference, State Pay Commission repository, questionnaire, memorandum submission and online data portal.

The Commission has published a notice inviting memoranda from organisations and individuals.
